FAQ

How is the number of students calculated ?

It’s simply based on the number of students who will need a PLT4M account. This is not based on school enrollment.

For example, if you have 100 student users, and 50 students graduate, you can delete those 50 student accounts and those 50 spots are now available for new student users.

What happens if students graduate or change classes?

Due to student privacy, we do not store student data unless the account is active. If you delete a student’s account, all their data will be removed from our database. All data can be exported prior to account deletion.

If a student plans on using PLT4M in the future, we suggest keeping their account active. If they no longer need a PLT4M account, feel free to delete their account and add a new student.

What happens if I need to add more students?

We are always happy to prorate your subscription for the additional student accounts you need to add. Reach out to your Success Rep and they will add the additional accounts.

What if I have more than 500 students?

No problem! Request a custom quote and we will put together a quote for your specific student count.

What happens if a student is on a sports team and in a PE Class?

A student will only need one account—and will be counted against your student count only once. Students can be part of multiple program groups to assure they receive both their PE and athletics training.

What are my payment options?

We accept credit card, check, bank transfer, and purchase orders. If you have any billing questions, reach out to [email protected].

Can I split payments?

Yes, you can split payments into two installments.  If you have any billing questions, reach out to [email protected].

When can I start my contract?

Whenever you would like! Our contracts are typically based on a full 12-month calendar year. However, we work exclusively with High Schools—and understand that every school is different. We are happy to work around your budget or school’s start date. Just let us know when you would like to begin your contract.

Do you offer multi-year deals?

Yes! We offer a 15% discount for schools interested in purchasing a multi-year contract. Request a custom quote.

Do you offer district deals?

Yup! Let us know how many schools would like to use PLT4M and we can generate a custom quote.

How do I get started?

To get started, you’ll schedule a 30 minute implementation call with your dedicated success specialist. They will help you create your account, discuss your goals, and provide guidance in getting you setup for success with PLT4M. The Success Team will be available to support you throughout the duration of your partnership with PLT4M.

Do I have access to certified coaches?

Absolutely! We have a team of certified strength and conditioning coaches in-house. You can schedule a call with them anytime.
